People & Digital Managing Director

JSP is a worldwide leader and specialist in EPP manufacturing and plastic transformation, delivering solutions for various sectors.

• We are recruiting a People and Digital Managing Director to lead our People strategy and strengthen the People Power function for the EMEA region.

This role combines senior leadership and strategic guidance to succeed in the next phase of the EMEA transformation with management of the overall People Power organisation.

• Main Responsibilities:

1. Define the People Strategy, support teams by creating alignment with business objectives. Equip the company organisation to succeed in future, anticipate future skills/workforce transition, drive organisational development/change management/capability building as digitalisation/automation progress. Support/coach managers to build leadership practices/business continuity.

2. Create connection/collaboration between functions/Business Pillars/enhance organisational performance. Strengthen employee experience across countries/functions/equip teams/skills/mindset/data-driven/AI-enabled future. Lead strategic transformation of People Power/agile/digital/business-impactful;
