Job Description:


You will have the opportunity to be involved in different processes and activities and gain experience while supporting and assisting the Ginori HR Team based in Sesto Fiorentino (FI).

How you will contribute


Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms and job boards;
  • Assist in conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities;

Employee Records and Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database or system;
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information;
  • Prepare HRrelated documents;
  • Learn and adhere to employment laws, regulations, and company policies;
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with HRrelated requirements;

Requirements:


  • A graduate or soon to be graduate in Economics, HR, Business Management or related areas
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.
  • Fluent in English and Italian
