Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Media Content Project Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute

Management of Image projects, with a focus on media distribution of adv campaign and special projects;
Coordinate the presentation of the creative proposal to the Image Director;
Follow the whole production files process and delivery. Constantly monitor quality for both in guideline and not in guideline spaces, in collaboration with Art dept for special occasion and extreme formats;
Liaising with internal teams (such as Media, Art Directors, Merchandising, Ecommerce) to ensure smooth communication and constant alignment;
Coordinating external suppliers involved in the projects (production companies, creative and media agencies, etc);
Timeline creation and keeping track of schedules;
Keeping track of estimates and invoices, managing the media content production area budget;
Checking briefs as received from Marketing team, to ensure all inputs are collected;
Preparing meeting reports and project recaps.

Who you are

Successful studies in Business Management, Fashion & Luxury Brand Management or any equivalent studies
3/4 years of previous experience in a similar role
Fluent in English
Proactive attitude and great team spirit
Good understanding of the processes of content creation and media planning/distribution
Attention to details, without losing overview of the bigger picture
Great verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of Office and Adobe packages
Interested in the fashion ecosystem, as well as related fields (Design, Arts, etc) and of the media landscape
