    We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst - Human Resources

    Job Description:


    The Opportunity. We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our HR team in leading the financial oversight of personnel-related activities and providing valuable insights through data-driven analysis.


    • Analyze, manage, and control monthly costs associated with company personnel, identifying discrepancies between budget and forecast.

    • Develop and consolidate budgets related to personnel issues while conducting predictive analysis on economic performance of personnel costs.

    • Liaise closely with senior leadership to deliver actionable reporting on workforce KPIs (headcount, FTE workforce, overtime).

    • Synthesize operational parameters relating to HR: produce reports requested by European Headquarters & Operations on various metrics such as turnover rates etc...

    1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent field required;

    2. Prior experience in Management Control within multinational organizations is preferred,
