The R&D Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the operation of our pilot line, with a focus on mixing technology, roll-to-roll coating, and pouch cell assembly for Italian batteries.

This position requires a deep understanding of battery manufacturing processes, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a small team of operators.

Key Responsibilities:

Pilot Line Management:

Supervise and coordinate the daytoday operations of the pilot line, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee the operation of mixing technology, rolltoroll coating, and pouch cell assembly processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a small team of operators, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Process Optimization:

Work closely with engineering and technical teams to optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and output.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall pilot line performance

Quality Assurance:

Ensure strict adherence to quality control measures and standards throughout the production process.
Implement and maintain best practices to guarantee the production of highquality Italian batteries

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce and uphold safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
Proven experience working with pilot lines in the battery manufacturing industry.
Indepth knowledge of mixing technology, rolltoroll coating, and pouch cell assembly processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
