    Job summary
    Adecco Italia spa is looking for an administrative/accounting profile for a healthcare company in MonzaResponsibilities include billing, supplier and landlord control, invoice registration, and financial managementCandidates should have a diploma in accountancy or equivalent and good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP

    Responsibilities


    • Billing suppliers and landlords
    • Controlling with purchase orders, contracts, or authorization requests
    • Control of economic competence, allocations, and advances
    • Invoice registration
    • Management of suspended registrations
    • Management of fixed assets
    • Management of leases
    • Monthly closures
    • General accounting and administration
    • Preparation of extra-accounting support for the First Note
    • Preparation of periodic analysis and information reports
    • Administrative and accounting support to other company functions
    • Support to accounting review activities
    • Secretarial and PEC management activities
    Requirements


    • Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to use databases
    • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
    • Good knowledge of English
