We are looking for a
Logistic Manager.
The Logistic Manager guarantees the Production Plan definition according to Supply Chain needs and Inventory levels target.
He/she manages the Procurement process with the target to increase profitability and optimization of supplying time, coordinates inventories of stored items and correction of discrepancies.
He/she participates in continuous improvement projects and activities and manages the different transactions in the ERP (MS, adjustment, declaration...)YOUR MISSIONS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS
- Responsible for the preparation and followup of plans for production and suppliers, in accordance with the instructions received from Supply Chain and Customers
- Manages and monitors the optimal level of inventory in accordance with the goals assigned
- Supervise Procurement activities finalizing the process of purchasing materials, according to the Purchasing Functions guidelines
- Defines replenishment plans, reorder processes and support transportation definition
- Defines the commodity reception priorities by interacting with external logistic suppliers
- Is an interface with SQE Organization and acts proactively on supplier performances monitoring
- Designs, proposes and implements action plans for optimization of Incoming e Procurement processes
- Manages the Customer orders for Raw Materials inspected and delivered by Microport CRM
- Supervises RM Warehouse in order to guarantee the feeding of manufacturing shop floors in accordance to production plans
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven working experience as a
Logistics Manager:
minimum 5 years of experience on similar roles in modern and structured companies or internal equivalent career path
- Economics / Engineering Degree
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- SAP knowledge
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Possibly BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
Stipendio:
€30.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
Orario:
- Dal lunedì al venerdì
