In particular, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting in the analysis of needs, definition of the training offer, and execution of the learning plan for some service lines, monitoring satisfaction and engagement of internal clients.
- Assisting in monitoring mandatory training according to internal policies and guidelines.
- Assisting in the identification, analysis, and monitoring of function KPIs through data analysis and dashboard development.
- Degree in humanities or economics.
- Professional use of the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Interest and inclination towards Digital Transformation and Innovation in the Learning field.

You must be a person able to inspire confidence and lead change through your motivation and enthusiasm, capable of managing stress and priorities with relative autonomy.

In particolare ti occuperai di:

- Supportare nell' analisi dei bisogni, definizione dell'offerta formativa e execution del piano di learning per alcune linee di servizi, monitorando la soddisfazione e l'ingaggio dei clienti interni
- Supportare nel Monitoraggio della formazione obbligatoria secondo le policy e guideline interne
- Supportare nell' Individuazione, analisi e monitoraggio KPI di funzione attraverso analisi dei dati ed elaborazione di dashboard
- Laurea in discipline umanistiche o economiche
- Utilizzo professionale della Suite Microsoft, in particolare excel e power point
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta
- Interesse e propensione alla Digital Transformation ed Innovation in ambito Learning
