W Rome is casting for a Seasonal Pizzaiolo. The talent will report to the Executive Chef Zamperetti Nicola and will join us for the summer season 2024.

The Seasonal Chef will be working in our outlet SEU PIZZA CON VISTA on the hotel rooftop, our WET DECK.

He/She will be dedicated to the seasonal operations of the pizza outlet.

What you'll be doing

Work on the seasonal activities of SEU PIZZA CON VISTA
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu for room service and breakfast prep
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.

Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.

Prior to employment, we'll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
