THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Professional to join our dynamic solutions sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive, particularly in the Industrial (retail, logistics. manufacturing) industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
Manage and nurture relationships with potential prospects/ leads to understand their business needs and objectives.
Develop with our team tailored solutions and proposals to meet prospect requirements.
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape our offerings and gotomarket strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience (510 years) as a BDR and Sales Account Executive, preferably in the Industrial (retail, logistics. manufacturing) industry.
Strong understanding of digital solutions and their impact on business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A driven, selfmotivated attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to embrace challenges and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Proven English language proficiency required.
