What you'll do:


The Compensation & Benefit Manager is responsible for designing and keeping the group's Total Reward strategy on both Italian and foreign side while maintaining it aligned with the market best practices.


He will also formalize the remuneration policy guidelines for the whole Group becoming the methodological and experienced point of reference for problems related to Compensation, as well as being in charge for implementation and maintenance of the Workday HCM module and the Advanced Compensation module Compensation sections.


Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to define Group's Total Reward Strategy by proposing reward guidelines consistent with the Company and People Strategy;
  • Create, and subsequently monitor, the management methods of the Reward policy (Governance): process, guidelines, management rules, responsibilities, calendar and frequency, management of exceptions, while finding a balance between the priorities of the line and the HR's need;
  • Oversee the issues arising from the Corporate Remuneration Governance and manage formal communications related to Italian listed companies' applicable legislation;
  • Contribute to the drafting of papers about Compensation and Reward Strategy in the Remuneration report and Sustainability Balance sheet;
  • Analyze the external remuneration market while identifying gaps, misalignments and potential risks by proposing corrective interventions and building an attractive remuneration proposal;
  • Manage salary and benefits aspects for international relocation;
  • Conduct market research based on market best practice and trends, interpret findings and make recommendations based on compensation and benefits survey results;
  • Implement projects in the Comp&Ben area mainly focusing on new technologies and methods to manage basic pay, variable compensation, LTI aligned with HRIS;
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and consultants defining issues that require external support;
  • Organize needs, verify proposals and shared choices based on the suppliers' corporate procedures;
  • Periodically monitor the KPIs to evaluate the actual effectiveness of the interventions related to the preset targets/goals such as Gender pay gap;
  • Work on engaging compensation programs to support the organization's goals.

Who you are:

  • You have a degree in Economics or similar;
  • You have previous experience in market data classification and interpretation systems (Mercer, Hay, Towers Watson) and in HRIS systems configuration for the compensation part;
  • You have excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English;
  • You have proven knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Strong attitude for analysis and data processing;
  • Considerable experience in implementing total reward strategies.
