Scope:

Assicurare, attraverso l'esecuzione delle attività di verifica e controllo condotte in campo durante le lavorazioni e attraverso la gestione della documentazione di lavoro, che i processi produttivi e la gestione della documentazione di processo vengano costantemente svolti in conformità alle procedure aziendali, alle Norme di Buona Fabbricazione (cGIMPs) e ai parametri di sicurezza (EH&S).

Principali responsabilità:

  • Supervisiona in campo le attività di Produzione mediante l'esecuzione delle attività di Oversight in accordo alle singole procedure (Housekeeping e Oversight)

  • Revisiona e verifica la conformità delle operazioni di produzione registrate sui documenti di processo (BPR) dal personale operante sullo shopfloor

  • Approva, su delega del Manager, la chiusura dei documenti di processo (Batch record, Test Run, Media fill, Prodotti commerciali)

  • Supporta la produzione nella revisione periodica dei documenti controllati utilizzati sullo shopfloor (es. BPD, LSOP) per garantirne l'aggiornamento e il miglioramento continuo

  • Svolge il ruolo di Approvatore QA per la documentazione di competenza e delle ricette del lavoro in SAP (BOM) e svolge attività di rilascio di prodotto commerciale/non commerciale attraverso l'utilizzo dei sistemi aziendali (SAP ERP)

  • Fornisce i dati rilevanti per la stesura degli APR, per la parte di propria competenza

  • Supporta il Team Coordinator e il Manager nel monitoraggio continuo dell'area, attraverso l'esecuzione di analisi e KPI correlati al Cycle Time e Right First Time della documentazione di processo

  • Garantisce la propria formazione continua attraverso l'esecuzione tempestiva dei training di processo assegnati dal piano di addestramento e supporta il Team Coordinator nelle attività di addestramento OJT del team

  • HSE: Garantisce il rispetto delle misure in materia di sicurezza e igiene ambientale della propria area di pertinenza, attraverso l'applicazione delle corrette procedure di lavoro e l'uso dei dispositivi

  • Laurea/Diploma in discipline scientifiche.

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

  • Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici di base (pacchetto Office).

  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (6-14, 14-22 e e nel fine settimana con riposo compensativo (turnazione 3x7)..
