    A, a company in IT consulting active for over 20 years and part of the TXT Group, provides its clients with Business Consulting, IT Governance, and Digital Innovation services.

    Currently, HSPI S.p.

    A is seeking a resource to join as an IT Junior Project Manager, at one of its most important clients nationally.

    The resource will be responsible for planning and monitoring the IT projects of the end Client.


    Main responsibilities:

    Analyze the IT impacts of change; Develop project plans shared with various Operations structures; Monitor plans and take corrective actions; Draft project documents and progress reports (SAL); Facilitate communication among the various stakeholders involved; Coordinate the use of Project Management and Project Collaboration tools.

    What technical requirements should you have? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or Computer Science; Knowledge of IT technologies and processes; Knowledge of the main technologies enabling Digital Transformation; Excellent knowledge of the Office package.

    What soft skills should you possess? Flexibility and adaptability; Ability to work in a team; Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); Organizational autonomy.
