Project Manager - Rome, Italia - Dominet Ventures

We are looking for an experienced project manager (property, building focus) in Italy that lives within a range of 100km from San Pio (Fontecchio) (Abruzzo region, about 2 hrs East of Rome) to help out with a short-term project.

What will your responsibilities be? Managing the project from start to finish which means:

• Communicating with the building/property contractors on site (Fontecchio) and the team in Amsterdam. Be the local point of communication
• Make sure all the necessary paperwork and admin is in good order (potentially working with a notary/lawyer on paperwork)
• Guide/lead the teams on site be locally present
• Making sure deadlines are met
• Has experience in working on similar projects in the past for example has worked for a property firm before
• Speaks English & Italian
• Has excellent communication skills
• Trustworthy
• Eye for detail

This will be a short-term project, based on an hourly wage of 20-22 euro's per hour. Please send your CV with a short motivation.
