We are looking for a
Technical Field Super Sport Cars to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of Service and functionally to the
Technical Support Coordinator.


You will be responsible to ensure help desk service to Dealers, through the regionals first level technical support teams, by respecting the targets of time defined to close the tickets.


You will be responsible to ensure cooperation with local flying doctors, internal workshop and Functions to solve issues emerging from field.


Your main activities will be:

  • Reporting the TOP field problems
  • Regular meeting Schadenstisch (Problem Solving meetings) on new problem topics
  • Following analysis activities within dedicated task force groups
  • Coordinating analysis activities within After Sales
  • Coordinating dealers onsite analysis together with the flying doctor for TOP and critical field problems
  • Coordinating technical support front office (second level support)
  • Cooperating with customer care for critical customer cases
  • Service campaign analysis and monitoring of the implementation within target times

About you

  • University Master's degree in Engineering
  • At least 35 years' experience in Automotive in After Sales Technical Support or Help Desk and/or Industrial or Field Quality
  • Technical Knowledge
  • Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
