Azienda operante nel settore alimentareManpower Engineering filiale di Perugia ricerca e seleziona QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST per azienda della provincia di Perugia operante nel settore alimentare.
Responsabilità
La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno un team di 3 persone, riporta al Quality Manager e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
-Eseguire controllo operativo sui materiali, sul packaging e dei prodotti finiti acquistati in ingresso conformemente a quanto richiesto dai piani di controllo aziendali;
-Eseguire il campionamento delle merci in ingresso, delle merci in giacenza e dei prodotti finiti per i controlli da eseguire presso laboratori esterni o il laboratorio interno;
-Eseguire i controlli di qualità di processo sulle linee di confezionamento secondo quando previsto dai piani di controllo aziendali al fine di garantire la conformità dei prodotti finiti agli standard interni per i marchi aziendali ed agli standard dei vari clienti per i prodotti finiti a marchio privato;
-Supervisionare in particolare la conformità dei materiali d'imballo utilizzati e delle codifiche di produzione conformemente ai requisiti delle distinte basi (BOM) degli articoli;
-Garantire l'attuazione delle procedure di controllo qualità interne e quelle dei clienti, ivi incluse quelle relative alla sicurezza del prodotto;
-Supervisionare il carico di container/camion/autocisterne e il regolare svolgimento dei relativi controlli;
-Curare la redazione e registrazione delle Non Conformità relative alle merci in ingresso e collabora nella gestione dei Reclami dai clienti/consumatori;
-Eseguire le verifiche ispettive interne mensili e le check-list di controllo previste dal piano HACCP aziendale;
-Gestire i risultati delle verifiche ispettive interne e lo sviluppo e l'attuazione dei CAPA in collaborazione con il responsabile qualità;
-Collaborare con il responsabile Qualità nella stesura dei KPI aziendali relativi alle verifiche ispettive e le check-list di controllo interne;
- Coordinare in collaborazione con i capireparto le attività di pulizia ordinarie e straordinarie delle linee e dello stabilimento;
-Svolgere la verifica dell'efficacia delle attività di pulizia svolte in conformità ai piani settimanali.

•Laurea triennale e/o magistrale in Tecnologie alimentari o simili
• Esperienza pregressa in aziende alimentari
•Discreta conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione per la Qualità e degli standard del settore alimentare IFS, BRCGS, FSSC22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
•Buona conoscenza dei principali programmi informatici office
•Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
•Gradita conoscenza di SAP
