- Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence
- Execution of EHS compliance audits
- Execution of ESG review
- Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) and implies strong soft skills (e.g. negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork
- Proposal and reporting in Italian or English language
- A Master level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental/mechanical/chemical engineering or similar
- Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D. Lgs. 81/2008, ASTM standards
- Fluent in Italian & English both spoken and written, a third language (e.g. German, Spanish, French) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the decommissioning, REACH and CLP regulation is a plus

Your new role
As our new HSE junior consultant you must have 2-3 years' experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services as a broad area, with specific focus on Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance and or due diligence work in the M&A sector with emphasis on sustainability assessment, planning and strategy.
Candidates can work in fully hybrid working pattern from our Rome office in line with our flexible working policy.
