Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.

Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand found throughout the office.


THE ROLE


NGG is currently looking for a Supply Chain Audit Specialist, as we implement and support a growing number of initiatives related to Supply Chain management and auditing.

He/she will work in collaboration with different teams and for different brands in NGG, but also with suppliers and third party auditing agencies.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collect and verify information regarding production suppliers for the different brands
  • Send and analyze questionnaires and other datas to evaluate potential risks
  • Identify the suppliers to be audited
  • Launch audits together with third party auditing agency
  • Keep track of audit status, corrective action plans and follow up
  • Get in contact or visit suppliers to identify areas of improvement in supply chain management
  • Collect and share information for customer care department according to client requests
  • Collaborate in the implementation of the new platform and supply chain management procedures

WHO YOU ARE

  • Good knowledge of Excel and its functions, such as V.LOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and fashion manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of ISO certifications, Italian and European international standards regarding health and safety, ESG and sustainability.
  • High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Interest in getting to know laboratories and suppliers and willing to travel
  • Organized, precise and meticulous personality
