  • Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile for the new opening in January of JS Store in Madrid, as Supervisor. S/he will be part of a passionate team that believes creativity and fun rules the world, taking action and ownership of your store with an entrepreneurial spirit, developing and sharing your store vision and being accountable for results.

Responsibilities:


  • Leading, managing & coaching colleagues your team to create a 'winning' store culture;
  • Play an active role in supporting your team on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives. approachable environment.
  • Establish and implement regular action plans in cooperation with Retail Manager, to develop sales for each product category and clientele (both local and tourist)
  • Meet inventory accuracy, review merchandise assortment on a regular basis. Plan and act to optimise stock level and stock mix to reflect sales, buying trends and customer demands.
  • Design, lead and drive store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a 360° experience for the client
  • Ensuring control, health and safety, people rostering & P&L management.
  • Lead the way in ensuring store standards are consistently at the highest level.
  • Liaising and keeping in contact with key account customers.

Requirements:


  • 2/3 years of experience in the luxury fashion in similar role;
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and build respectful working relationships
  • Proactivity, enthusiasm, management skills and problem solving are the main characteristics required;
- passion for the Brand;

  • Fluent spoken and written English.
