    **YOUR MISSION**

    **YOUR GOALS**

    • Support in preparation of monthly management reporting packages, analyzing variations, and providing commentary on P&L.
    • Prepare country pack presentations.
    • Assist in designing, building, and upgrading commercial models.
    • Collaborate with General Managers and Commercial Teams on evaluating business opportunities and profitability reviews.
    • Aid in designing country commercial strategy.
    • Contribute to budget and forecast cycles combining data analytics with business insights.
    • Measure and communicate performance against set targets.
    • Analyze costs and participate in department projects.
    • Develop analysis incorporating non-financial driver KPIs.
    • Support the financial aspect of the Integrated Business Planning process.

    **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

    • 3+ years of Finance experience in multinational businesses.
    • Exceptional communication, financial, commercial, and strategic analysis skills.
    • Strong data management and financial modeling skills.
    • Commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities.
    • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Preferred Education

    Bachelors in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance.

    Preferred Level of Work Experience

    3 - 5 years of experience, Hybrid Remote.
