The Global Director of Finance Administration & Tax is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Group CFO.

This role is responsible for harmonizing and overseeing the Group's financial operations, accounting standards, tax strategy, and ERP systems across all entities.

It ensures compliance with international and local regulations, drives process excellence, and leads the transformation of financial reporting and systems.

Your responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & ConsolidationManage Group consolidated financial statements and balance sheetOversee statutory consolidation and ensure accurate intercompany reconciliationsEnsure timely filing of statutory financial statements and compliance with regulationsAlign statutory and managerial reporting; coordinate audits at Group and local levelAct as Group accounting lead; define and enforce policies and controlsMaintain global master data and deploy the Group Accounting ManualLead IFRS transition and provide training to finance teamsAssets, Inventory & TaxSupervise asset and inventory accounting policiesDefine tax strategy, ensure compliance, and manage transfer pricingSupport local teams with tax filings and auditsProcess & GovernanceImprove accounting processes through automation and standardizationOwn key financial processes including closing, audits, and invoicingERP & SystemsEnhance ERP functionalityDrive adoption of digital tools and act as key user for finance systemsYour profile:Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferredMinimum 10 years of experience in international finance leadership rolesExperience in a multinational environmentDeep knowledge of Italian GAAP, IFRS, and global tax regulationsProven experience with ERP systemsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English; Italian and other languages are a plus
