Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising the personnel in their charge in the consumption area, their uniforms, presentation, and discipline, ensuring their performance is efficient and exquisite service is offered to guests and customers.
Supports and assists the 2nd Maître, and Restaurant Manager, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards to ensure customers are satisfied with food and beverage services, promoting sales to increase revenues and achieve objectives.
What will you be doing?
- Detailed knowledge of the menu and being able to articulate enthusiastically.
- Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual.
- Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience.
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
- Anticipate guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Supervise the clearing of tables and miseenplace necessary for the next course.
- Monitor and observe guests' dining experience.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

- Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English.

- Previous experience in the same position in hotels of similar category.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to find solutions.

- Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role.
