Chiesi Research & Development

Our R&D team represents a fundamental asset for the business.

It is divided into integrated functional areas focusing on pipeline projects including discovery and preclinical research, chemical manufacturing and controls, drug delivery technology, clinical development, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, intellectual property, quality assurance, R&D project and portfolio management.

Headquartered in the new purpose-built and fully integrated Research and Development Centre in Parma (Italy), the team also has important operations in Paris (France), Chippenham (UK), Cary (US), Stockholm (Sweden) and Toronto (Canada).

Who we are looking for

Purpose

To collaborate with the Head of Global Pharmacovigilance, EU-UK QPPVin the department costs and resources planning and administration and to assist the Global Pharmacovigilance personnel in their activities and necessities

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Head of Global Pharmacovigilance and EU-UK QPPV in the secretary and resource administrator activities
  • Communication with external stakeholders as needed.
  • Provision of support in budget exercises and entering costs and resources in Planisware and headcount data in the HR tool
  • Creation of purchase requests and manual certifications in the
    SAP environment and follow them up until the payment to the supplier
  • Ordering and storing stationery in
    SAP SRM tool
  • Creation and amendment of consultancy agreements in DIKESI tool
  • Management of activities related to budget phases of technical and specialist training. Booking and payment of technical and specialist training.
  • Travelplanning and expenses reimbursement
  • Arrangement of meetings and conventions
  • Management of logistics (e.g. costs, booking of meeting rooms) for pharmacovigilance inspections and audits
  • GPV archivist
Experience Required

> 1 year of experience in similar roles

Education

Degree. Scientific degree will be considered a plus
