    We are looking for a responsible and organized Senior Technical Consultant to join our growing team in Europe. The successful candidate should provide exceptional customer support, technical guidance and troubleshooting in a challenging, rewarding, and fast-moving environment. You will need to be quick thinking and able to learn fast.

    You will be working directly with our customers, internal and external partners to quickly resolve issues and questions promptly and efficiently in a professional manner.

    You will be working particularly closely with our large Italian customers to advise them on day to day efficient running of the software and hardware, and to find solutions to complex technical and application issues.

    Centric Software specializes in technology innovations for fashion, outdoor, other fast-moving consumer goods, and food markets to help them design, develop and bring their best products to market.

    This position will report to the Director, Customer Support EMEAR.
    Responsibilities Resolving issues and questions from our customers, internal and external partners in accordance with our SLAs.

    Working closely with our R&D, Services and Pre-sales team to ensure that bugs are identified, fixed and customer projects run to schedule.

    Managing complex customer accounts Understanding customer hardware and software landscape Fast assessment and reaction to major customer issues Good communication skills with senior customer management teams, support, services and engineering directors.

    Keep relevant parties fully briefed and ensuring mutual understanding of issues and resolutions Working collaboratively to build and maintain productive working relationships with customer support team members, post sales services teams, engineering, quality assurance, sales and pre-sales teams.

    Working with our Hosting team to ensure that systems are available to customers and in working order. Provide high customer satisfaction. Creating knowledgebase articles for customers and documenting resolution to customer issues. Analyzing complex problems to evaluate alternatives and identify sound options. Making an impact and establishing credibility with internal and external customers.

    Achieve proficiency with Centric 8 software installation and functionality Skills Customer Satisfaction Focus Strong and confident Customer Facing / Support skill Experience in software installation, IT troubleshooting and optimization – Database (SQL Server, Oracle), Application Server (JBoss), experience with load balancing and clustering environments.

    Skills in performance tuning and optimization and troubleshooting relative to the software stack web environment. Experience with Windows operating systems, deploying and configuring Web Applications Highly developed problem analysis and solving skills. Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment. Qualification Bachelor/Master's degrees in Computer Engineering, IT, and/or Fashion Design, or equivalent Minimum 2-year experience in similar role Familiarity with PLM or PDM solutions and Confluence/Jira Understanding of PDM/PLM integration with enterprise solutions Experience in software installation, IT troubleshooting and optimization – Database (SQL Server, Oracle), Application Server (JBoss)

    Experience with load balancing and clustering environments. Skills in performance tuning and optimization and troubleshooting relative to the software stack web environment. Experience of working with Public Cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud...)

    Languages:
