Siamo una multinazionale leader nella progettazione e produzione di motori elettrici che sta cercando un Labor Cost Controller per supervisionare la pianificazione e l'analisi dei costi del personale.Principali Responsabilità: gestione chiusure mensili, accantonamenti e analisi dettagliata degli scostamenti su volumi (HC), mix salariale, inflazione, straordinari e oneri sociali.
