Make An Impact
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a key contributor in driving sales and enhancing our brand voice in the EMEA region. As a member of our Integrated Marketing team, you will support the planning and execution of regional integrated marketing for both owned and licensed brands across the business.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing seasonal planning, promotional activities, and translations coordination, among other duties.
- By working closely with the team, you will help define key marketing goals and priority stories for EMEA, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned towards the same direction.
- Your contribution to the team will be invaluable in helping to drive sales and establish our brand as a leader in the market. We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a cando attitude.
- Coordinate the translation process of all House Brands & Portfolio Brands seasonal campaigns & promotions
- Build and maintain the seasonal roadmaps for House Brands & Portfolio Brands in close collaboration with the respective Integrated Marketing Specialist
- Collaborate with crossfunctional business partners including eCom, media, CRM, PR/Influencers, visual merchandising, retail, legal, designers, brand/merchants and global marketing teams (as needed)
- Collaborate in simplifying & improving file structures and processes, working in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (Creative Services Team, Commercial, Media, Global, Planning, Brand)
- Monitor industry changes/trends and translate those into proactive, actionable recommendations for region and share those opportunities with Regional/Global teams as appropriate
Who you are - Required 12 years of marketing experience in consumer/lifestyle/retail industries
- Excellent time management skills with sensitivity to deadlines and ability to multitask
- Collaborative and positive attitude with a "serviceoriented" mindset and willingness to embrace team spirit
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Resilient, proactive, persuasive, and determined
- Fluent in English, with any additional European language skills being an advantage
- Experience with digital media tactics and/or agile ways of working is an advantage
