Becoming has a great dream and travels with the wind in its sails: to transform the world for the better through participatory education, guided by respect, empathy and knowledge.

The Becoming reality, bilingual Italian-English, was born within the social and cultural territory of Milano - Brianza with the ambition to build a strong, passionate and competent educating community in constant dialogue with families, attentive to the evolving needs of children, in step with social changes.

It is supported by a common pedagogical approach that intends to cultivate and spread a different quality of thought and educational action, helping each of the realities it brings together to unfold its fruits and to participate responsibly in the life of the surrounding community.

To support these aspirations Becoming needs to expand its team

We are looking for mother-tongue or bilingual English educators and educators for infant-toddler centers and preschools in the Milan and Monza - Brianza area.

The start date is expected to be in September.

REQUIREMENTS:

English mother tongue or bilingual (C
C2)
Degree in Educational Sciences
Degree in Primary Education Sciences
Degree in Pedagogical Sciences
Educational vision related to the Becoming world: Outdoor Education oriented
Creativity, creativity, creativity In all its forms
Attitude and motivation for constant, diversified and continuous training
Aptitude for team work, oriented towards problem solving, sharing and constant discussion on education and teaching issues

We are looking for figures with previous experience to stabilize and recent graduates, curious and passionate interns
