Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.


The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).


Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.


Position:


We're seeking a Junior Sales Specialist to join our team and provide support in various activities to drive our sales efforts forward.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare slide decks and presentations to assist colleagues in the Sales Department.
  • Research key contacts within target companies and analyze them to support senior team members during meetings with prospects.
  • Provide backoffice support postclient meetings by sending documents presented and maintaining ongoing communication with partners.
  • Offer operational assistance throughout partnership negotiations until the final commercial agreement is reached, including defining issues, personalizing project contents for different partners, and determining rights and benefits for each prospect.

Requirements:


  • Educated to degree level.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Possess a project management attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear, succinct, and wellargued presentations, both formally and informally.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify issues, gather pertinent information, evaluate data, and develop appropriate solutions quickly and thoroughly.
  • Solid critical thinking skills to devise creative solutions to complex and sensitive issues, especially in emergency situations.
  • Digital proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet (nice to have).
