Silvia and Riccardo Baracchis 17th century family residence, set amongst the vineyards and olive trees that surround the small Etruscan city of Cortona, is a true delight.

The guest rooms, located around the main residence, have all the simplicity of a Tuscan villa.

The terraces of the former winter garden, with their heady aromas of rose, offer superb vistas over the neighbouring countryside.

A sophisticated restaurant erves cuisine, reflecting the flavours and fragrances of the terroir. The Thesan Etruscan spa offers exclusive, luxury rituals. Riccardo Baracchi is delighted to show you his cellar and welcome you to the cookery classes organised by Silvia.

misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste
controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate

Inside the starred restaurant:

is responsible for the execution of his own game
chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards
measures the doses following the prescribed procedures
checks the peculiarity and presentation of the different courses

Profile description

Diploma o qualifica in ambito alberghiero/corsi di specializzazione
Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno due anni maturata in contesti con elevati standard di servizio (Relais & Chateaux, hotel 4/5*, ristoranti gourmet e/o stellati)
Conoscenze tecniche sulla conservazione dei cibi

Completano il profilo:
la passione, la flessibilità, la gestione del tempo e la collaborazione con il team

Diploma or qualification in the hotel sector / specialization courses
Experience in the role of at least two years gained in contexts with high standards of service (Relais & Chateaux, 4/- hotels, gourmet and / or starred restaurants)
Technical knowledge on food preservation
