    About the Role

    As a Transformation Office Manager at Coesia, you will play a key role in the company's growth and transformation journey.

    Your strategic mission involves guaranteeing the coordination and success of the Group transformation processes, alongside the collaboration in new business launches and other specific initiatives.

    As a member of the Transformation Office, you will facilitate and coordinate strategic business transformation initiatives, engaging with all levels of the organization daily. This includes top management, professionals, and across corporate, division, and company levels.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to define transformation initiative and goals at Group, Division and Company level.
  • Coordinate with business leaders and initiative owners to detail transformation initiatives governance, objectives and milestones to ensure the progresses are in line with the strategic plan.
  • Monitor the execution of strategic plans, tracking execution milestones and KPIs, and removing roadblocks.
  • Serve as a single point of reference for all Coesia organizations regarding the execution of strategic plans facilitating the collection of input from business leaders and project team members.
  • Proactively identify potential synergies and opportunities between different strategic initiatives.
  • Create analytical reports, presentations, and supporting documents for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-business strategic transformation projects as required.
  • What You Need to Be Successful

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in international consultancy firms or corporate strategy departments.
  • A master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
  • Financial acumen, strong project management and analytical skills.
  • A change-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a sense of urgency and service mindset.
  • Excellent command of MS Power Point and MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
