- Electric and electronic systems (e.g., EPLAN, panel wiring and assembly)
- Automation and robotics (e.g., PLC programming, Python, and SQL basics)
- Project management and communication
- Monitor, fault find, and repair systems to ensure high equipment availability for internal customers
- Train technicians on control systems fault finding to raise knowledge levels within the site
- Collaborate with the EU Controls network to enhance MHE metrics monitoring and visualization
- Participate in continuous improvement projects coordinated by the EU Controls network
- Work with IT, EU Controls Engineering, and Operations Engineering to ensure system documentation and backup libraries are accurate
- Be between 18 and 29 years old
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering or achieve it before the program start
- Speak Italian fluently and demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Have the ability to understand and follow verbal or written technical instructions
- Be passionate about Automation and Engineering and willing to start a career in this area
- Be motivated and have a practical approach
- Want to acquire a commitment to learn, develop, and get involved
- Have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Be a proactive person and open to acquiring new knowledge and skills
- Likely to work in a team and easily build relationships with others

Key Responsibilities
