- garantisce l'elaborazione e l'implementazione di un sistema di pianificazione dell'arrivo dei materiali in magazzino e in linea di produzione.
- garantisce un corretto monitoraggio dei livelli di magazzino e la ottimale copertura materiali, secondo le esigenze di produzione.
- garantisce eventuali rischedulazioni d'ordine.
- effettua attività di expediting e monitoraggio delle consegne relativamente alle forniture ordinate per i progetti di competenza.
- elabora Piani di Fattibilità relativamente alla disponibilità dei materiali per le produzioni previste e/o in corso, segnala eventuali criticità e partecipa alle opportune azioni di contenimento stabilite.
- effettua la pianificazione dei fabbisogni di materiali e la schedulazione degli ordini di produzione in funzione dei programmi di produzione.
- partecipa alla Pianificazione dei prelievi di materiali da Magazzino e relativa consegna in linea di produzione, in un'ottica di rispetto dei tempi di consegna del materiale in linea con le esigenze di produzione.
- garantisce un ottimale flusso di informazioni ai clienti interni e alle funzioni interessate relativo alle esigenze di materiali per la produzione, pianificazione dei tempi di arrivo dei materiali in stabilimento e analisi delle coperture al fine di assicurare il soddisfacimento delle esigenze della produzione.
- si occupa della gestione di flussi di asservimento materiali in caso di Non Conformità, reintegri e gestione delle Modifiche progettuali.
- si occupa delle spedizioni di assiemi prodotti ai clienti finali e dei materiali di Conto lavoro per i fornitori.
