    We are the Smarties, a team that is revolutionizing the business strategies of accommodations across Europe. We develop a SaaS that, by leveraging machine learning algorithms, can increase our clients' profitability by as much as 50 percent per year.

    Spearheading Smartpricing's expansion into the DACH Market. With over 3,000 customers, we believe that the DACH market has the potential for substantial growth with the right leadership.

    Here are your responsibilities:

    • Manage, develop and hire a rapidly growing team of Sales Development Representatives and Business Developers.
    • Develop a culture of high accountability and performance orientation to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Monitor team metrics to identify business development opportunities and improve sales pipeline management.
    • Study and implement innovative solutions to improve sales processes, increasing efficiency and productivity.
    • Provide periodic coaching to all team members, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Hubspot and .
    • Become a brand ambassador and embody the corporate culture while maintaining high team engagement.

    What are we looking for?

    • Fluent German - mother tongue or > C1 level
    • English language - C1 or above.
    • 2+ years of experience in a role dedicated to managing a team of at least 4 salespeople (preferably remotely) in high-growth software/ services companies in the SMB market.
    • Ability to design and implement sales processes , cadences, and playbooks for outbound sales development.
    • Experience in creating career paths , coaching and training plans functional for talent development in the company.
    • Possess an analytical mindset and guide decisions based on the analysis of data found within the CRM and other sales tools.
    • Be a "student of the sport" and spend time learning the latest trends and best practices in SAAS sales.
    • Feel comfortable in unstructured environments, aiming to develop tools and processes (bring order to chaos) that enable the sales team to scale quickly and effectively.
