Requirement:
HAAS or SIEMENS SINUMERIK 828D / 840D experience
- Programming, setting and operating the CNC milling machines using: o Programming with HAAS controller (G & M codes) Directly on the panel Or with CAD/CAM Fusion360 or Esprit dxf or step file delivered by engineering department o Programming with SIEMENS SINUMERIK 828D or 840D Directly on the panel ShopMill
- Tool management
- Working with steel, cast iron, bronze and stainless steel
- Tolerances 0.01 mm
- Measurements of the parts using calipers, micrometers + quality control
- Small series and also single parts are made on CNC machines
- Reading technical drawings
- Maintenance of the milling machine
What do we offer:
- Directly fixed contract
- Salary indication: € gross/hour (that means you will get over €2200 when you work 38 hours per week, but when you work overtime you can get € Accommodation provided, with single room and internet access (€200 per month)
Work schedule:
- Monday: 08:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 17:00
- Tuesday: 07:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 17:00
- Wednesday: 07:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 17:00
- Thursday: 07:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 17:00
- Friday: 07:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 15:00
- Saturday: 07:00 to 12:00 (on a voluntary basis)

- 1x Haas vertical milling machine VF
- 1x Haas vertical milling machine VF
- 1x Haas vertical milling machine VF
- 1x Haas vertical milling machine VF
- 1x Haas horizontal machining center EC pallets 630mmx630mm)
- 1x DMGMORI vertical milling machine M1
Salary:
€ €20.00 per hour
