MAD - _Souls & Spirits_, one of the most vibrant and dynamic cocktail bar in Florence, is looking for you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and guest-oriented Bar Manager, who will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities and assignments:

• Welcoming and listening to guests, determining their beverage preferences, making recommendations and taking drink orders;
• Planning drink menus and informing guests about new beverages and specials;
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses and serving beverages to guests;
• Handling cash, credit and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and balancing the cash register;
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day:
• Inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all glassware, prior to use;
• Complying with quality assurance expectations and standards;
• Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors;
• Collaboration: being able and willing to work as a team player.

Skills

• Previous experience in a related position;
• Deep knowledge of traditional and trending Mixology;
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
• Able to work 5 days, 8 hours per week
• An excellent verbal manner and proven customer service skills;
• Good knowledge or experience in the hospitality industry;
• Passion for the hospitality industry;
• Able to work in a fastpaced environment & remain calm under pressure;
• Availability to work late nights, weekends and holidays.
