    Job Description

  • Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain leaders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Be the guardian, ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the Engineering and Supply Chain function.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis, performance metrics, and reports to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement:
  • KPIs: Overhead cost / over- under recovery / utilization of resources / hourly rates / sourcing KPIs
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure entities are reporting in a timely manner.
  • Work with the subsidiaries to support the budget and forecasting processes. Organize monthly review calls.
  • Analyse Cost Centers data to assess productivity and cost control for Engineering and Supply Chain functions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Be the central point to understand the current financial data flow, streamlining potential, new analysis identification and new tools development requests.

    • Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration at university/university of applied science.
  • More than 5 years' experience in finance, preferably in the sector of plant construction or and capital goods industry.
  • Good understanding of financial consolidation principles, core financial KP's, cost centers structures and dynamics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using financial software and tools (Excel, ERP systems, data visualization tools).
  • Understanding of data modelling and analytics system (Tableau / Power Bi)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving attitude ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of resilience and assertiveness
  • Experienced in working in an intercultural environment
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
