    - Large Industries: provides techical gases and related products in an enlarged offer with high added value for large industrial customers by means of specific delivery systems (pipelines) - Industrial Merchant: develops the production and sale of liquids and conditioned gases, manages the on site production and services for industrial customers

    - Electronics:

    develops the market related to high purity gases for the semiconductor industry.

    Through innovative technologies and services, Air Liquide Italy offers high value-added solutions that improve both industrial performances and environmental impact.

    You will be part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team . You will work closely with Fresh Graduates Talent Partners .

    You will act primarily as a project coordinator for 3 Graduate Programs :
    the VIE program , Collège des Ingénieurs , and ALLEX Program .

    IE Program :

    An international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world.

    Becoming part of this program means going abroad to carry out a professional assignment for up to 24 months whilst benefiting from social care coverage and an interesting salary, which depends on the host country.

    Today, we count more than 160 VIE worldwide.


    Collège des Ingénieurs :

    an integrated "action-learning" MBA program including engineering and science graduates with up to 3 years' experience from global leading universities combining management classes with consulting assignments in a company over 10 months.

    Today, we count more than a 100 alumni worldwide.


    ALLEX Program :

    Air Liquide Leading EXcellence, training and development program offers a cross-functional exposure within and across business functions to provide a holistic view of the company.

    The program aims at integrating fresh graduates into the Group to build their leadership and business acumen.
    The Early Career Programs Coordinator will act as a project manager and contribute to the success of the Graduate Programs at Air Liquide.


    The major responsibilities are around :
    Continuous Improvement & Project Coordination .


    The main tasks are :
    Familiarise with the 3 Programs while mapping out the processes and contribute to the optimization proposals,
    Propose , draft and support in the implementation of the improvements,
    Support the team in coordinating the Management of the Optimization Project (facilitate and follow up on meetings, prepare memos and presentations)
    Manage the Program's communication tools such as the Website/Chatbot and other materials.
    Liaise with the Early Career community (share tools, assist with events and change management actions)*Through this experience , you will enjoy a first-hand journey in managing international early career programs, you will also have an exposure to key talent acquisition topics such as talent attraction, employer branding and candidate experience.

      Education and Experience :Graduate from Business School or Engineering with a Master Degree (with an interest or experience in HR, Business other ) Previous experience in Project Management, Data analysis involving continuous improvement of tools/processes.
    with interest in AI tools.


    Technical Skills :

    Data oriented :

    experience managing dashboards, and reporting tools like Power BI Prior practice of Project management/HR analysis role Knowledge of automation tools (like Appscript) is desirable
    Soft skills : Teamwork (able to work in team, share and delegate tasks) Continuous improvement mindset Agile, able to adapt in a multinational environment Good communication skills (written and verbal) Proactive and result-orientedPlease send your CV and motivation letter in EnglishPosition based in Italy, Milan for an initial period of 12 months (extendable once).
