As we continue to grow, our organization is looking for a Training Center Education Specialist EE & MEA based in Turkey supporting our educational needs.

The main responsibility is to facilitate and deliver technical training.


Your New Role:

the training activities will cover training with certification, as well as on-going/recertification, and advanced training to ensure certification validity.

The delivery of the courses will include:

  • face to face training in a classroom environment
- virtual remote training
- coaching and mentoring performed remotely or in the field


The "Training center Education Specialist" will instruct students for all business lines in device theory, troubleshooting, e-Connectivity, disassembly, adjustment, repair, maintenance, device installation, servicing techniques, and any other relevant activity related to communication as well as proper and compliant documentation.


What you will be doing:


  • Deliver high quality technical training as requested to employees using instructorled or virtual remote teaching methods. Train in a highly regulated environment on the operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair for devices of all business lines. Responsible for coordinating and managing classroom inventories and supplies to ensure the delivery of successful training programs, in a costeffective manner. Will maximize training outcomes by providing coaching, mentoring and conducting followup and advanced training activities to enhance organizational effectiveness (60% time)
  • Ensure training logistic readiness and administrative conformity, Maintain relevant related SOP's up to date, Preparation of training rooms, contacts with local suppliers involved in training logistics (hotels, transportation, catering), documentation of trainee feedbacks (15% of time)
  • Maintain the training instruments located in the cluster (repair as needed, PMs, Mods installation), Maintain the training tools calibrated as per QuidelOrtho recommendation (10% of time)
  • Support and follow up and on site when needed (red alert first installation in field certification). (10% of time).
  • Deliver as needed training courses locally (5% of time)
  • Role collaborates closely with our training center in EMEA

What you need to succeed:


  • 3 years of experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex devices (QuidelOrtho devices preferred).
  • Technical training experience required, ideally medical devices industry
  • Must be knowledgeable in delivering technical training programs and using a variety of education modalities including webbased, online.
  • Familiar with CRM and Microsoft office
  • Teams
  • Webex or similar videoconferencing system.
  • Fluent English is a must,.
  • Autonomous & well organized, Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • 30% international travels
  • Operating from QuidelOrtho Training center in Turkey / traveling
