What you'll be doing...

The Facilities Executive assists the Facilities team in providing efficient and effective Facilities Management and health, safety and security service for the outlet centre, to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximised for the Centre are set and maintained at all times.


If you are passionate about maintaining a high standard, keen on thinking out of the box, exploring new methods and ideas, then this might be the job for you.

You will report to the Centre Senior Facilities Manager.

To be successful you'll bring...

  • You are a qualified facility professional with knowledge of ISO 45001 and preferably ISO 1400
  • You have gained experience in facility management, food hygiene standards and have knowledge of building standards
  • You have good experience or a keen interest in Risk/Security management and Environmental/Sustainability
  • You speak, read and write fluent English and Italian
  • Your communication is outstanding, both verbally and written
  • You have excellent project management skills
  • You have a good standard knowledge of MS Office
