In order to strengthen our Customer Experience team, we are looking to hire a
Customer Platform Specialist. Inside the team the resource will be responsible for the
Ferrari Client E-Commerce platform (BtoB and BtoBtoC).


In particular, the resource will:

  • Be responsible for the product vision & roadmap
  • Be responsible for the product success and ROI
  • In coordination with Business Owners:
  • Collect business needs and high level requirement
  • Define customer value and the key features of the product


  • Define business priorities

  • In coordination with D&D:
  • Supervise development phases, steers and guides the teams' work
  • Drive the enduser experience, increase catalogue and functionalities
  • Identify the technological discovery/enhancements roadmap

Furthermore the resource will be:

  • Work closely with different teams (finance, accounting, communication) to ensure seamless experience and smooth process across accountable departments.
  • Responsible for generating datadriven commercial insights and manage relationships with partners of the different business units involved.


In order to succeed in this challenging role, you have achieved excellent academic results in the areas of management or IT engineering, mathematics, business and/or economics and you have at least three years of experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce business /consulting.

Advanced use of major IT systems (Office XLS packages, Access, Power Point, BI, Google Analytics suite) is mandatory, use of Oracle sales ecosystem is a plus

Fluent English is required.
