Tasks- Manage the endtoend product lifecycle for our automation and autonomy products targeted at mission control centers, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and industry trends, translating them into product requirements and actionable insights.
- Utilize lean methodologies to develop and execute effective gotomarket strategies for our software, cloudbased architectures, and AIdriven products.
- Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Define clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working closely with the engineering team for successful product delivery.
- Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and make datadriven decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with mission control centers, understanding their unique requirements and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software, cloud architectures, AI, and lean methodologies, ensuring AIKO remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the software, cloud, or AI industry.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes, cloud architectures, and AI technologies.
- Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive and selfdriven mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to drive product development with a customercentric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
