    Job Description We are expanding our quality team and seeking a passionate Customer Quality Engineer to join us.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams in an international setting. Engage in projects focused on innovative solutions within the automotive sector, specifically mechanical and electric oil pumps. Oversee and manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Monitor and manage process management and product quality checks to uphold our quality standards.

    Qualifications The ideal candidate has a degree in Electronics Engineering or similar background and has already gained 2-3 years of experience in Quality area within complex manufacturing organizations with exposure to an international environment, preferably in the automotive market.


    Personality:
    goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity and leadership;

    Language skills:

    Fluent English is required, open to learn Italian quickly is appreciated, good German and/or French knowledge will be a plus.
