Now we are looking for a TEAMWEAR COORDINATOR to join our Racing Department, will be responsible for the development and production of Teamwear and for conveying information to the rest of the team.


Posizione:


Role responsibilities and Activities

  • Ensures the timely provision of products for the Teams, supporting artworkers' approval and product development, monitoring the fulfillment of agreed directives within time deadlines;
  • Interacts with internal parties (Legal, Racing Services, Media, President, Controlling) and external parties (Teams), to collect information for product and requests fulfilment;
  • Support all modifications requested up to internal and customer approval;
  • Management the relationship with external Pattern Maker, Product Designer and Product Developer;
  • Follows the correct delivery of commissioned products, collecting feedbacks, implementing adjustments (if needed) and supporting the Racing Team after delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requisiti:


Qualifications and requirements:


  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree;
  • Proven experience in management roles (at least 510 years);
  • Organizational skills, meeting deadlines, proactivity and dynamism;
  • Goal and quality orientation;
  • Team working orientation;
  • Good communicative skills;
  • Availability for travel;
  • Fluency in English.
