The position will join the aviation booking and ticketing team. They will have to operate independently and in synergy with the rest of the team.Main duties:
- Manage group and individual bookings and ticketing
- Understand customers' needs and drive salesand retention.
- Manage rebookings and reissues in case of voluntary and involuntary change
- Handle postsales activities such as payment procedures, invoices, reports, etc
Required:
- knowledge of spoken and written English
- Minimum of one year experience in airline, tour operator or travel agency
- Understanding of fare rules and procedures for issuing and reissuing tickets and travel documents (ticketing issuance, reissuance, refund and reports)
- Knowledge of at least one GDS (Amadeus preferably)
- Ability to work as a team in a sales oriented environment, to set goals and priorities, to adapt and learn quickly, to deal effectively with challenges
- Excellent problem solving attitude and time optimization skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional and pleasant phone demeanor and a clear verbal and written communication
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
