Our client is an Italian B2B manufacturing company, world leader in the production of thermoplastic pipes.

For them, we're looking for an

EXPORT MANAGER
The Export Manager will be responsible of an assigned customer portfolio within an assigned geographical coverage.

Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for sales initiatives: focused on new sales opportunities, client visits and management
Work across the Group providing cross selling and upselling solutions
Drive and monitor the sales activities focusing on commercial KPIs (e.g. order intake, marginality, proposals pipeline)
Lead and providing support on major contracts, tenders and quotations
Objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Representatives or distributors
Track competitor activity and providing updates on competitor news and intelligence
Be aware of the quality of his own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role
Pursues and secures business with consolidated customers in line with the business objectives
Lead and support the negotiation with the Clients
Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality

Experience:

At least three years of experience in a similar role.
