POSITION
We are looking for an Accounts Payable to join our global CRO. You will be working within the Financial department under the supervision of the Invoicing Accounts Payable Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an account payable looking to grow and build a career within an international company and be part of a dynamic and proactive team.

GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES

Dealing with administrative activities;
Overseing current accounting in view of currency and fiscal norms, including activities outsourced to specialized consulting firms;
Providing accounting data necessary formanagement and budget preparation;
Managing the administrative aspects of procurement (grant patient);
Managing personnel expenses;
Maintaining relationships with hospitals to manage Ethics Committee fees and Hospital Fees (grant);
Handling hospitals agreements (vendor);
Managing invoices payable and relationships with suppliers;
Reconciling the accounts moved for monthly and annual closing.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Economics or a similar field/Master's degree is a plus.
At least
2 years of experience in a similar position.
Previous experience working in a CRO is a plus.

Fluent in English
:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel

Good Planning and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.
Teamworking oriented.
Experience with government electronic payable invoices exchange platform "Fatturazione Elettronica", "Cassetto Fiscale" and "FATEL" tool.
