Richemont - HR Digital Projects & Admin Specialist


The HR Digital Projects & Admin Specialist will work with the HR Admin Manager, supporting the delivery of HR digitalization process in Italy, in alignment with the Europe HR team.

They will also support with daily HR Admin responsibilities across all the maisons and supporting functions in Richemont Italy.


How will you make an impact? You will:

  • Manage HR digital project deployments in Italy, focusing on transformation, efficiency and innovation, to meet the global timeframes
  • Create, coordinate and maintain project documents, to facilitate the delivery of key HR digital project milestones and deadlines on time and within resource and policies
  • Within the HR Admin team, they will cover key responsibilities including the admin duties related to new joiners (onboarding process), HR data analytics and dashboards, maintaining HR systems and databases
  • They will be responsible for the HR administration related to the employee lifecycle, from the preparation of employment contracts, to the support of the monthly payroll cycle

  • Have an ability to work under pressure, prioritising and managing multiple projects

  • Be able to demonstrate initiative and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Curious and naturally willing to learn, adapt and support within a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Resilient, professional and positive attitude a true Richemont brand ambassador
  • Be very confident with digital tools, including Microsoft Office, SAP and ideally also Workday and People First
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Italian. French will be a plus
