- Monitor the progress of project implementation phases, with a view to quality, on time (by performing push/pull actions) internally and with external suppliers
- Ensure the proper flow of information between stakeholders working on projects (new products developments or actual products improvements)
- Draft and implementation of best practices, processes, tools, KPI
- Link between Product Development and Production/Quality during the critical industrialization phase
- Perform periodic data analysis/reporting on the status of projects, maintaining uptodate related database
- 35 years experience managing new projects in highly dynamic manufacturing companies (Fashion Industry preferred)

Position MONDE (Metal-on-Demand), in the province of Vicenza - Italy, has been a benchmark in the European metal sector since 1980.
A company of recognised excellence, it stands out for the application of processes typical of the mechanical industry for the production of small metal parts for leather goods accessories (such as lockers, closures, frames, pullers, etc.) and fashion jewelry, developing the entire process in-house: from 3D design and prototyping to actual production, including CNC, tumbling, polishing, galvanising and PVD, assembling.

The position is part of the Product Development team, reports to Client & Product Development Director and operates as a pivot figure between functions working on new product development projects, synchronizing all involved stakeholders with the Client's time to market objective.
