    Supply Operations Developer (Fixed Term), Supply Operations Development Full-time

    The purpose of the job is to secure excellence in total Supply Chain operational performance, and its further development, in close cooperation and alignment with all relevant supply chain stakeholders, contributing to reaching customer perceived availability at the lowest total cost.

    Secure operational daily business with focus on DCGESE/DCGESEN and related markets
    Follow up on execution of the Supply Plan (the compliance of Stakeholders, the execution of market relevant plans in connection with the Market Operation Forum (MOF) with respect of deadlines;
    Support, contribute with a knowledge and actions during ERP situation
    Challenge and develop current logistical set up by identifying patterns of underperformance, noncompliance, deviations, and potential risks of disruptions
    Engaging respective stakeholders, together performing root-cause analysis and lead corrective actions
    Create the pre-conditions to enable automation in the booking process
    Support handover and establish cooperation with the Control Tower
    Contribute to improvements of current processes, ways of working to Supply Operations Competence centers – Flow Performance Developers, Flow Replenishment Developers, Flow Capacity Planners
    Proven past experience in Logistic and Transport Industry and Inventory management
    Fluency in English, both written and spoken (at least FIRST CERTIFICATE, B2)
    Leadership capabilities to manage complex stakeholders in a very dynamic environment
    Capability to build effective and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholdersenjoying interacting with many different people
    Ability to perform complex business analyses, risk assessment, root cause analyses and pattern, scenario planning and lead conclusions to support the right business decision and implementation
    Analytical skills and negotiation skills
    Strong and verbal communication skills

    Proactive attitude, curiosity on improvement potentials, spotting opportunities and starting actions and initiatives on improvements, aiming to utilize the spotted potential.

    University degree in Logistics, Economicsor relevant working experience
    Good knowledge of functions within IKEA Supply Chain and how they contribute to the process
    Good knowledge in Supply Chain operations or transport planning & production
    Good knowledge about how to build and evaluate fact-based business cases
    Good knowledge of production costs and the main key drivers.
    Good knowledge of ways of securing transport performance in all aspects.
    Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
