For our project start-up team based in Rome and focused on projects in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a

Project Control Expert.

He/she will be responsible for:

To perform advanced professional work related to variety of planning and control assignments
To review and process comprehensive plan amendments, annexations, etc.
To performs field inspections to gather data relevant to the development review process and/or to verify that development projects comply with approved plans
To evaluates operations and activities of assigned responsibilities
To prepare reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications
To participates in budget preparation and administration, monitors and controls expenditures
To support Company Cost Control Dept in issuing consistent reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 5yrs of experience
Welldeveloped knowledge of one or more planning disciplines, such as urban design, affordable housing, economic development or land use
Knowledge and experience in construction processes
Knowledge of principles, methodology, practices of research and data collection
Knowledge of effective writing techniques
Knowledge of computer hardware and software programs, which must include Primavera P6;
Full command of the English language;
Must be available for travel to Saudi.
